UNO: Show ‘Em No Mercy

This is a more brutal version of classic UNO featuring tougher action cards (Wild Draw 10, Skip Everyone, Discard All, Wild Color Roulette), official house rules like stacking penalties and 7s/0s swapping hands, and a new Mercy Rule: players are eliminated if they reach 25+ cards, adding a knockout element to winning by either going out first or being the last player standing.
